Test Analyst

This role will be key in delivering a global transformation program with Workday ERP at its centre involving streamlining financial processes, enhancing data visibility and enabling scalability across the organisation.

Duration 6 months (rolling)

Specification

-Work in collaboration with the Test Lead to coordinate and oversee all testing activities across multiple teams to ensure timely and quality delivery ·

-Develop end to end test scripts to validate core business processes and system integrations. · Review and provide feedback into test cases and test scripts created by other team members

-Collaborate with cross-functional, systems integrator and vendor teams to ensure comprehensive test coverage and align with program requirements

-Support the Test Lead as required to report on testing progress, issues, risks, and results to leadership and stakeholders

-Facilitate regular testing meetings to discuss status, identify challenges and outline mitigation plans

-Provide hands on support for integration testing of surrounding systems, including Salesforce, as needed · Adhere to testing best practices, standards and methodologies

-Identify and implement process improvements to enhance testing efficiency and effectiveness

-Mentor and support the process leads and business testers in their development and execution of testing activities.

-Coordinate the maintenance and management of test environments, ensuring availability and stability for testing purposes

-Ensure alignment with BAU change management

MUST HAVES:

- End to end test scripting

- Hands on Workday and ERP testing experience
