Rent Finance Officer

Castlefield Recruitment are working with a not-for-profit organisation in Liverpool who are looking to recruit a Rent Finance Officer to their team for an initial 3 months with the potential for extension and also offering hybrid working.

Duties:

• Processing rent refunds and housing benefits, including any overpayments
• Carrying out rent reconciliations
• Assisting with month end: reconciliations, accruals and prepayments etc
• Assisting with rent setting process
• Liaising with internal and external stakeholders

Experience:

• Experience working in the public sector in a similar position - Rent experience is highly desirable
• Strong transactional experience will be considered
• Strong attention to detail and having an eye for errors
