• Manage rent income and arrears processes effectively.
• Interact regularly with tenants, maintaining a professional and empathetic approach.
• Maintain accurate records and provide regular reports on rent income.
• Liaise with external agencies to facilitate rent payments.
• Actively participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of strategies to reduce rent arrears.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and regulations.
• Provide advice and support to tenants on rent payments and related issues.
• Contribute to the overall success of the Secretarial & Business Support team.

Profile

A successful Rent Income Officer should have:
