Rents and Finance Officer

We are working exclusively with a community-driven housing provider to find a Finance Officer for a 1-year fixed-term contract. This role is essential to support their finance team during a period of transition. With a competitive salary of £31,090 and the chance to work in a great culture, this position offers the perfect opportunity for someone with a strong finance background to contribute to a meaningful cause.

• Accounts Payable (50%) – Manage 40-60 AP invoices per week
• Rents Receivable (50%) – Oversee and process variable rent transactions
• Minimal sales ledger duties
• Handle voids, lettings, and account setups
• Maintain the cash book and perform monthly journals

• Social housing experience is highly desirable
• AAT Level 3 or equivalent qualification
