Job Description - Repairs Admin

We are currently looking for an experienced Repairs Admin to join a housing association.

Repairs Admin
Ipswich
£16 - £18 per hour
2 month contract
Full time / Agile working

As a Repairs Admin you will:

Liaise with contractors and tenants to ensure the smooth running of repairs
Ensuring that any follow ups are completed with tenants
General administrative duties and data entry

We are looking for experience in:
Social housing
Using Connect mobile
Communicating clearly over email and telephone
