Job Description - Repairs Administrator

Are you a Repairs Administrator looking for something different? An exciting temporary opportunity has arisen to join a property maintenance company.

Repairs Administrator
Birmingham
£16 - £18 per hour
Contract
Mon - Fri/ 35hrs

Responsibilities of a Repairs Administrator:
  • Booking in surveys with customers
  • Assisting surveyors on site visits, ensuring effective communication throughout
  • Ensuring all customer enquiries are responded to within SLA's
  • General administrative tasks

You will have:
  • Full Driving Licence and access to own vehicle
  • Previous experience of working in a customer facing environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel

Desirable:
  • Housing background
