Repairs and Maintenance

Site Cleaner, and general maintenance and repairs candidate required to start on a temp too perm contract. Working hours are Monday to Friday 8:00am - 4:00pm. Hourly rate is £12.86 per hour which is £23,405.20 per annum.

No specific experience required, just a hardworking candidate, ideally someone who enjoys a hands-on, odd jobs type of position.

Duties:

• Sweeping, shovelling, litter picking
• Small painting tasks
• Odd jobs, handy maintenance tasks
• Small repair tasks

Experience required:

• Previous cleaning, maintenance, repairs, DIY, odd-jobs, painting experience is beneficial
• Punctual, reliable, good work ethic
• Enjoys an outside, hands-on role
• Good, clean communication skills
