Repairs Coordinator

Client - Repairs Coordinator - Housing:

We are recruiting for a Repairs Coordinator for a Social Housing provider based in Hemel Hempstead.

Role - Repairs Coordinator - Housing:

• You will track complaints, call residents about complaints, draft response letters, chase up internal colleagues for information and track the completion of commitments.
• You will be involved in collating disclosure for disrepair cases and helping to track them.
• Support the damp and mould team, where you will co-ordinate damp and mould surveyors, tracking/allocating work, booking appointments and chasing up contractors.

Person - Repairs Coordinator - Housing:

The successful candidate will have;

• Experience of dealing with customer complaints and drafting written correspondence relating to complaints
• Social housing or repairs experience would be beneficial
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
