Repairs Inspector

We're looking for a Repairs Inspector to help provide a high-quality repairs service for tenants.

Main duties include:

• Inspect homes and identify repair issues or defects
• Make sure repairs are done to a good standard and on time
• Work closely with contractors and internal teams
• Carry out site visits and quality checks
• Ensure repairs follow health & safety and building regulations
• Keep clear and accurate records of inspections
• Deal with tenant queries in a friendly and helpful way

What We're Looking For:

• Experience inspecting homes for repairs or defects
• Good knowledge of housing repairs and maintenance
• HHSRS Certificate essential (Housing Health & Safety Rating System)
• Understanding of health & safety and building regulations
• Great communication and problem-solving skills
• Able to use IT systems and mobile inspection tools
• Positive attitude and customer-friendly approach
