Goodman Masson have been tasked to source a Responsive Repairs Manager with specific expertise required in high volume housing repairs within the housing sector.

Key skills / experience required
* Proven experience of Health and Safety involving property maintenance and minor works projects including holding a relevant H&S qualification, IOSH Managing Safely or equivalent
* Proven track record managing high volume residential repairs and property maintenance contracts delivering excellent KPI results
* Health/Safety/Environmental legislation and regulations affecting property maintenance
* Disrepair, Damp Mould Condensation knowledge/experience will be advantageous

* Full valid Driving Licence

Requirements 4 days minimum in Office/on site as required, 1 day working from home

For the right candidate there may be an option to convert to permanent if of interest
