Repairs Manager

Marks Consulting Partners are currently looking for a Repairs Manager to work with one of our Housing Association clients in West Brom.

What the job will be doing

• Managing repairs team
• Managing compliance to deliver regulatory compliance for all properties
• Providing excellent service to all tenants & stakeholders
• Assist with development of the repairs & maintenance service for all properties ensuring an effective operational framework is in place to meet needs of tenants.

What you will need

• Experience in managing a team
• Necessary qualifications
