Repairs Surveyor

Local authority in the greater Manchester area are currently looking for 2 repairs surveyors to join their property services team for an initial period of three months.

The purpose of the role:

To carry out comprehensive in-house technical surveying and inspection relating to repairs, maintenance and refurbishment, including responsive and planned repairs, empty homes reinstatement, disrepair, damp and capital investment on council homes and public buildings and any other buildings managed by the client.

- 3 months rolling contract

- 37 hours per week

- £33.00 an hour umbrella
