Repairs Technical Officer, North London
Pay rate to £22 per hour
Contract role, Housing

Pertemps are recruiting for an experienced Complaints Coordinator in North London.
You will need to have experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities:

Managing complaints (Stage 1, Stage 2, and OB cases)

Tracking and maintaining complaints records on an Excel tracker

Writing, investigating, and resolving complaints effectively

Handling maintenance inquiries and supporting surveyors/contractors

Providing excellent customer service

Demonstrating strong written and verbal communication skills
