• Operating photocopiers, printers, and other reprographics equipment

• Producing and distributing classroom materials, exam papers, and school documents

• Managing and prioritising print requests from staff

• Monitoring stock levels and ordering printing supplies as needed

• Supporting with general administrative tasks when required

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure

• Confident using office equipment and basic IT systems

• A team player with a proactive and positive attitude

• Previous experience in a school or similar setting is desirable but not essential
