Requirements Manager

Our client, an established global leader in industrial engine manufacturing, is seeking a Requirements Manager to help define and drive the future of high-capacity power solutions (750kVA-2250kVA).

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and manage product requirements across global markets
• Lead new product introductions and voice of customer (VOC) activities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, and Engineering
• Support technical launches and develop business cases for future programs
  
  

What We're Looking For:

• Strong project management and communication skills
• Ability to translate complex needs into clear product objectives
• Commercial awareness and ability to influence stakeholders
• Experience with large engines or strategic product development (preferred)
