Research and Performance Analysis Officer

?? Location: Union Street, London (1 day/month on-site)

?? Contract: 6-month temporary assignment

?? Pay: £27.09/hr (PAYE) | £35.27/hr (Umbrella)

?? Hours: Full-time, 36 hours/week

?? Start Date: ASAP (vetting exemption approved)

Are you a data-driven professional with a passion for public service? Join the organisation responsible for overseeing policing in London as a Research and Performance Analysis Officer, where your insights will help shape crime and policing strategies across London.

Key Responsibilities

• Cleanse and collate data from multiple systems
• Design and build Power BI dashboards for senior leaders and public reporting
• Conduct complex data analysis and performance reporting
• Present findings to stakeholders and contribute to national policy discussions
• Support implementation of the Mayor’s Police and Crime Plan

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in Power BI (design, build, data cleansing, visualisation)
• Strong understanding of data modelling and analysis
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Experience in large-scale public sector organisations
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights
