We are seeking a Research Grant Applications Officer to join our dynamic team. This is a temporary full-time position for 3 months, with an immediate start.

Location: Holborn, London (just a 6-minute walk from Holborn train station)
Pay Rate/Band: £19.58
Working Pattern: Campus-based role with options for hybrid working
Hours: 35 hours per week

What You'll Do:
As a Research Grant Applications Officer, you will play a vital role in supporting our Care Policy and Evaluation Centre. Your responsibilities will include:

• Maintaining Accurate Records: Keep track of research grant applications and awards, ensuring all data is submitted, costed, and outcomes updated in our internal systems.
• Collating Key Documents: organise and file important application documents, making sure all necessary approvals and materials are logged.
• Collaborating with Colleagues: Liaise with academic and professional services teams to confirm project and budget details for record accuracy.
• Monitoring Progress: Track the progress of applications and update our research funding management system with key milestones.
• Supporting Compliance Checks: Assist in preparing for compliance checks with meticulous record-keeping and documentation control.
• Identifying Data Discrepancies: Help identify and resolve any data discrepancies in collaboration with various teams.
• Contributing to Team Procedures: Maintain templates and supporting documentation to contribute to our overall efficiency.
