Temporary Reservationist to start immediately

We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our client as a Temporary Reservationist, handling bookings and enquiries for our luxurious bedrooms, spa, golf, and restaurant services.

? What You'll Do:

• Be the First Point of Contact: Answer phone and email enquiries with a friendly and professional demeanour.
• Manage Bookings: Accurately enter bookings into our Property Management System (PMS).
• Process Payments Securely: Handle payments in line with PCI compliance.
• Support the Team: Perform general admin duties to keep everything running smoothly.

• Customer Service Excellence: Deliver a high level of customer service.
• Attention to Detail: Ensure accuracy in all tasks.
• GDPR Compliance: Maintain strict adherence to data protection regulations.

• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM
• Duration: 3-month period initially
• Hourly pay rate £12.30
• Location - MK44
