Location: Ealing West London, Hybrid working available

Hourly rate £21.33 PAYE / £28.26 Umbrella per hour

Contract Length: 3-month contract (possibility of extension)

Working Pattern: Full Time, Monday - Friday, 35 hours

Are you passionate about making a difference in your community? We're looking for a dedicated Resident Liaison Officer to join our Housing and Regeneration team. You'll be the vital link between residents and our project teams, ensuring smooth communication and support during building works that impact people's homes.

This is a dynamic, site-based role that requires empathy, organisation, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

?? Key Responsibilities

• Plan and lead resident consultations before works begin.
• Support vulnerable residents and ensure their needs are met.
• Be the first point of contact for resident concerns and complaints.
• Maintain accurate records of resident interactions and choices.
• Conduct satisfaction surveys and report on feedback.
• Liaise with contractors, repairs teams, and internal departments.

? What We're Looking For

• Experience in frontline customer or resident engagement.
• Understanding of the impact of building works on residents.
• Excellent communication and ICT skills.
• Calm under pressure, with strong organisational abilities.
• Awareness of health & safety and safeguarding practices.
• Commitment to delivering excellent outcomes for residents.
