We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Resident Services Officer to join our Housing team. You will be responsible for income collection, tenancy management, and leaseholder services across a range of housing tenures. This role requires experience in income recovery, tenancy sustainment, and a strong understanding of housing legislation.

Key responsibilities include managing rent arrears, supporting vulnerable residents, handling Right to Buy applications, and ensuring compliance with tenancy and lease conditions.

Applicants must have at least two years' experience in a resident services environment and demonstrable knowledge of housing management processes.
