Residential Care Officer

We're looking for dedicated Residential Care Officers on behalf of one of our clients in Stockton-on-Tees. In this role, you'll provide high-quality care and support for children and young people with complex needs, helping them to thrive in a safe and structured home environment.
Key Responsibilities:

• 
  Deliver day-to-day care and emotional support to young people
• 
  Work as part of a team to implement care and support plans
• 
  Support outreach work and help young people remain or return to family settings
• 
  Participate in shift work, including weekends, sleep-ins, or waking nights

Requirements:

• 
  Experience working with young people with challenging behaviours
• 
  Willingness to work towards or hold a Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare
• 
  A full UK driving licence
• 
  A positive, child-centred, and flexible approach

Expected Hours: Full time (37 hours per week)
Contract: 3-6 months
Rate of pay: £16-£20 per hour
