Do you want to make a real difference to the lives of Adults in West Midlands? We have the role for you as a Residential Social Care Worker. Experience of working in a Adults residential home desirable.

Our Current Opportunities
Rota - Two shift patterns 22:00 to 7.00am and 14:15 to 22:15

You will want the very best for residents; making sure every person has the best possible care experience, working with them to build a positive culture and ethos in the home and responding effectively when things don’t go to plan.

You will have the ability to create a comfortable, welcoming and friendly home environment that you would feel proud to live in; deliver experiences that create strong bonds between the team and the Adult residents that make everyone smile.

You will believe in equality and that no one is better than anyone else – that person have the right to be treated respectfully as equals. Somebody who truly understand that care is a ‘doing word’ and that the change we want to make in our home relies on working with, not doing to, people.
