Job description: One of our well distinguished clients in West Yorkshire are seeking an experienced Conveyancing Locum for their holiday cover requirements. This assignment is for the end of April till the middle of May.

The client is looking for someone on a full time basis, whilst the successful candidate will be able to attend the office each working.

Duties

• Handling a standard caseload of Residential Conveyancing matters with minimal supervision
• Dealing with both sales and purchases, leasehold and freehold files

Hourly rate: DOE (outside IR35)
