A long-established law firm in Somerset is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to provide holiday cover during June and July. This locum opportunity offers the flexibility of hybrid working and the support of an experienced assistant, making it an ideal role for a confident and self-sufficient locum professional.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a busy caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion.
• Progress existing files efficiently while maintaining high standards of client care.
• Work autonomously and hit the ground running with minimal supervision.
• Benefit from dedicated assistant support throughout the assignment.

Requirements:

• A qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer with a minimum of 3 years’ experience handling residential conveyancing matters.
• Previous experience in a locum capacity, demonstrating adaptability and the ability to integrate quickly into new teams.
• Strong technical knowledge and practical experience of all stages of the conveyancing process.

The Role:

• Start Date: Cover required for annual leave during June and July.
• Location: Somerset – hybrid working arrangements available.
• Rate: Competitive, based on experience.
