Residential Conveyancing Locum - Maternity Cover

I am delighted to present this fantastic opportunity for an experienced solicitor or legal executive to join a prestigious firm in Southampton on a maternity cover contract, starting in September!

You will be joining an outstanding team and will have experience in covering for or working as a Senior Partner or Head of Department in a previous role.

The Right Candidate

• Must be a qualified solicitor/legal executive/licensed conveyancer
• The role focusses mainly on plot sales and land development
• Able to start work in September and be available for at least 6 months
• Able to commute to Southampton at least 4 days per week
• Ideally you will have experience in supervising/mentoring junior colleagues

This role will require office attendance on a minimum of 4 days per week for a period of at least 6 months. The extra day in the week would either be taken off or worked on a remote basis.
