Residential Property Solicitor

Residential Property Solicitor required by well-established law firm in Bournemouth on a locum basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for a professional to join a supportive team, providing high-quality legal services to a diverse client base.

This is a maternity cover role so is expected to last 6-9 and onsite assistance is required for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a full caseload of residential property matters from instruction to completion.
• Advise clients on a range of issues including property transactions, leases, and re-mortgages.
• Conduct residential conveyancing, including sales, purchases, transfers, and landlord and tenant work.
• Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and firm-specific requirements.
• Provide excellent client service, maintaining strong client relationships.
