Salary: £27,000 - £31,000 per annum
Location: Manchester City Centre, Hybrid working

As a key player in the recruitment process, you will be instrumental in selecting top talent for various departments. Your expertise will help us build a diverse and skilled workforce that drives our organisation forward.

What You'll Do:

• Coordinate Recruitment Campaigns: Manage specific recruitment activities, ensuring all vacancy processes are executed seamlessly.
• Collaborate with Managers: Work closely with Recruiting Managers to develop job packs, create effective recruitment plans, and provide guidance throughout the hiring process.
• Promote Diversity and Inclusion: maximise opportunities to attract candidates from diverse backgrounds and attend events to support this goal.
• Utilise Technology: Be an expert user of our online recruitment system, managing candidate statuses, and generating reports.
• Support Selection Processes: Provide logistical support for interviews and selection tests, ensuring a smooth experience for candidates.
• Stay Current: Keep informed about industry trends and best practises to continuously enhance our recruitment strategies.

What We're Looking For:

• A proven track record in managing recruitment campaigns and a solid understanding of recruitment processes. Please note this is essential and only applications with previous recruitment experience will be considered
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to advise and support managers on recruitment matters.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels.
• High professionalism and discretion when handling sensitive information.
