Salary Circa £45,000 - £50,000

We're looking for an experienced Merchandiser to join our amazing client on a maternity cover contract. If you're commercially savvy, highly analytical and passionate about driving sales through smart planning and trading, this could be your next move.

What you'll be doing:

• Own planning & trading across multiple product categories
• Manage budgets, forecasting, OTB and stock levels
• Partner with Buying to deliver credible, commercial ranges
• Analyse sales & market trends, driving improvements in sales, stock & margin
• Lead seasonal sign-off meetings with senior leadership
• Coach and develop junior team members

What we're looking for:

• Proven Merchandising experience (planning, forecasting, stock management)
• Strong commercial awareness & problem-solving skills
• Analytical mindset with confidence presenting to senior stakeholders
• Ability to influence across departments and lead a small team
