This is a temporary to permanent opportunity, based in derriford, Plymouth. Monday - Friday 8:45am - 5:30pm

What You’ll Be Doing:

This role is at the heart of operations, helping to keep things running smoothly. Your day-to-day tasks will include:
? Coordinating travel bookings for staff.
? Supporting retail operations, from PPE and training to health & safety reporting.
? Managing staff discount card administration and operational support tasks.
? Providing first-line support for retail stores, answering queries and directing them to the right teams.
? Assisting with recruitment for new store openings.
? Maintaining accurate records, processing data, and managing in-house systems.

What We’re Looking For:
Experience in retail administration or a similar support role is an advantage.
Strong attention to detail – accuracy is key!
Excellent organisational skills – able to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines.
Confident communicator – able to build strong relationships with teams across the business.
Good IT skills, particularly in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
