Retail Assistant

Location: The Boulevard - Banbridge

Salary: £12 per hour

Hours: Fully flexible between 9am - 9pm Monday to Friday, and Weekends 9am - 6pm

Job Type: Full-time, 40 hours per week

Purpose of the Job:

Work with the Store Manager and the team to exceed sales targets while providing excellent customer service.

• Provide outstanding customer service, actively selling to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Strive to surpass customer expectations at all times.
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge by participating in training and seeking out additional product information.
• Contribute to maintaining excellent store standards of display, point of sale, and housekeeping, in line with company guidelines.
• Carry out tasks as directed by the Store or Deputy Manager, Retail Operations team, or head office personnel.
• Ensure the security of company cash, stock, equipment, and premises.
• Adhere to company policies regarding health and safety, taking responsibility for maintaining a safe workplace.
• Assist with stock accuracy and housekeeping, including auditing.
• May occasionally be required to open or close the store in the absence of a manager.
