Retail Team Driver - Merchandising Team (Own Vehicle Required)
Location: Slough
Rate: £13.73 per hour (including holiday pay)
Hours: 4-5 shifts per week (Sunday to Thursday, mostly nights)

We're hiring Retail Team Drivers to join a busy and growing merchandising team. You'll need to be hands-on, reliable, and have access to your own vehicle to transport yourself and a small team of merchandisers to and from each shift.

This is a practical, fast-paced role where no two nights are the same. Ideal for someone looking for regular work with variety, travel, and the chance to be part of a national field team.

What you'll be doing:

• Driving yourself and a small team to retail sites across the region

• Setting up stock displays using planograms and store layouts

• Restocking shelves and adjusting fixtures as needed

• Moving goods from stockrooms to the shop floor using roll cages and pallet trucks

• Working as part of a wider team led by a Team Manager or Store Management

• Using a smartphone to manage your shifts and clock in/out

Key requirements:

• Full UK driving licence

• Access to your own roadworthy vehicle

• Confident with night work and long shifts (typically 12 hours)

• Must be 21 or over (due to insurance restrictions for drivers)

• Retail or merchandising experience is a bonus, but full training is provided
