Pay Rate: £14.57 per hour (inclusive of holiday pay)

We're looking for a hands-on Team Manager to lead high-impact retail projects across new store launches, refits, range reviews and store support. You'll be working with some of the UK's biggest names in grocery and DIY retail.

This is a fast-paced role where you'll need to make quick decisions and lead by example to get stock merchandised to a high standard.

What the job involves:

• Leading and supporting a team of merchandisers and replenishers
• Managing tasks to meet client expectations
• Providing updates and sign-off to project leads
• Running health and safety inductions and checks
• Shifts are generally Sunday to Thursday, mostly nights, around 12 hours per shift
• Using your smartphone to manage shift availability, clock in/out, and view project details
• Working across a variety of store sites, with travel required
• Removing and replacing stock using plans and systems
• Adjusting shelving and moving stock from warehouse to shop floor using roll cages and pallet trucks
• Occasional overnight stays with accommodation provided when needed

What we're looking for:

• Strong communicator who can lead a team and keep things on track
• Experience in retail, merchandising or supervising teams
• Confident making decisions and prioritising workload
• High attention to detail and a methodical mindset
• Physically fit - this role involves manual handling and long shifts
• Comfortable working unsociable hours including nights and early mornings
• Applicants must be 18+
