Job Description - Returns Assistant

Returns Assistant

Salary: £12.21 Per Hour, increasing £12.85 following probation
Location: Biggleswade
Hours: Monday – Friday 8:00am – 17:30pm
Basis: Temporary to Permanent

Are you a motivated and enthusiastic individual looking for a new role? Our Biggleswade based client are looking for a Returns Assistant to join their team on a temporary to permanent basis. In this role you will play a key part in ensuring the smooth running of the Returns department, from liaising with suppliers and branches to handling returns.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment to join a well-established business.

Key Responsibilities

Liaising between internal branches and suppliers via telephone and email
Managing current RMAs, including requesting, crediting and approving returns
Managing outstanding RMAs
Update suppliers as to returns procedures
Assisting with additional general office duties as required
Provide additional support on the shop floor as required
Inputting into CRM system
Actioning inbound and outbound calls to customers and suppliers

What We're Looking For

A team player with the ability to work independently and take initiative
Computer literate, including knowledge of Word and Excel (full training on the internal computer system will be provided)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Positive and friendly attitude
