Role: Revenues Officer
Type: Temporary, Full-time (37 hours per week)
Salary: £22 per hour (umbrella)

Location: Warwickshire
Fully Remote (equipment collection required)

Sellick Partnership is partnering with Local Authority to recruit a Revenues Officer on a temporary basis for an initial 3-month contract, with potential for extension.

The Responsibilities of the Revenues Officer will be:

• Administer and manage council tax and business rates accounts
• Handle billing, payments, and customer queries efficiently
• Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and council policies
• Support debt recovery processes and liaise with stakeholders.

The Ideal candidate for the Revenues Officer role will have:

• Proven experience in revenues administration
• Strong knowledge of council tax and business rates regulations
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting
• Desirable: experience using Civica Open Revenues system.
