Revenues Officer (Council Tax) Available

Rate: Negotiable

Hours: Full time

Location: Fully remote

Venn Group are currently working with a Local Authority in the Midlands who are seeking a Revenues Officer (Civca Open Revenues) to start at short notice until April 2026.

Main duties of the job:

• Administering and managing council tax accounts, including billing, collections and recovery processes
• Providing excellent customer service by responding to enquiries and resolving issues related to council tax over the phone
• Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and policies

The successful candidate must have experience of using Civica OpenRevenues in a Council Tax role within the last 12 months
