Job summary
Reverse Line/Warranty Operative typically works in a servicelogistics warehouse, ensuring that warranty claims are processed efficientlyand accurately within the Service Level Agreement (SLA).

Key responsibilities
As a Reverse Line/Warranty Operative, your responsibilities mayinclude:

• Warranty Processing: Handling warranty claims for vendors like HP, Lenovo, and Dell.
• Asset Tracking: Ensuring serial numbers and assets are correctly tracked throughout the warehouse process.
• Administration & Systems Management: Experience with SAP and web portals is highly desirable.
• Team Collaboration: Working closely with the wider team to streamline warranty claims.
• Attention to Detail: High levels of accuracy and a strong work ethic are essential.
