Revit MEP Coordinator

We're hiring a Revit MEP Coordinator to join a leading Building Services consultancy in a short-term contract role (with the possibility of an extension), on a hybrid basis - 3 days a week in either our client’s Glasgow or Warrington office.

This is a great opportunity to work on an exciting stage 4 construction project, with a motivated and experienced team.

Responsibilities:

-Integrate MEP services into the BIM model.

-Create and update Revit MEP drawings per project and industry standards.

-Perform clash detection and resolve MEP issues in model.

-Complete and communicate project documentation on time.

-Assist in preparing technical documents like specs, schedules, and reports.

What we’re looking for:

-Proven experience as a Revit MEP Coordinator.

-Strong knowledge of MEP services (mechanical, electrical, plumbing).

-Proficient in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.

-Solid understanding of BIM processes and workflows.

-Experience working on construction projects.

-Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
