Revit MEP Coordinator

Attention all Revit MEP Coordinators!

We are looking for a Revit MEP Coordinator to join a leading M&E Design & Build contractor in a contract position, outside IR35. You will be required to work full time in our client’s office in Surrey. This is a great opportunity to work on fit-out and retail projects with an experienced team.

-Competitive hourly rate £35-£37 (depending on experience).

Key Responsibilities:

-Develop and manage coordinated MEP models using Revit and BIM software.

-Work closely with engineers and design teams to deliver clash-free designs.

-Support project delivery from early design through to construction.

-Coordinate with external stakeholders to resolve design issues.

-Maintain model accuracy, compliance, and version control.

What we are looking for:

-Proven experience as a Revit MEP Coordinator in building services or consultancy.

-Proficient in Autodesk Revit MEP and Navisworks.

-Strong understanding of MEP systems and BIM coordination.

-Familiar with RIBA Stages 2-5 and ISO 19650 standards.

-Excellent communication, teamwork, and attention to detail.
