Full time hrs on a temporary basis

• Conduct property inspections for Right to Buy applications.
• Prepare accurate valuation reports in accordance with relevant legislation and guidance.
• Liaise with legal and housing teams to support the Right to Buy process.
• Provide expert advice on property condition, boundaries, and valuation disputes.
• Maintain detailed records and ensure timely completion of surveys.
