• Job Title: Staff Nurse (Band 5)
• Location: Kestrel Ward, The Rivers Centre, Hellesdon Hospital, Drayton High Road, NR6 5BE
• Team: Norwich Mental Health Ward
• Number of Positions Available: 1
• Schedule: 3 long days per week, primarily weekdays with some weekend shifts
• Start Date: ASAP
• Rate of Pay:

• £20 per hour - Days
• £25 per hour - Nights
• £30 per hour - Sundays & Bank Holidays

Join our team as a Band 5 Staff Nurse on Kestrel Ward and play a key role in supporting patients within an inpatient setting. In this role, you will:

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments
• Create and implement personalised care plans
• Deliver evidence-based treatments to optimise patient outcomes
• Administer medications using EPMA
• Maintain accurate patient records using Lorenzo
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic care

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• RMN qualification and valid NMC registration
• Experience working in NSFT inpatient wards
• Experience using EPMA and Lorenzo
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• The ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team
• A commitment to delivering high-quality patient care

This flexible position requires availability for 3 long shifts per week, primarily weekdays with some weekend shifts. The contract is for [Contract Length] with a strong possibility of extension based on performance and service needs.
