RNLD Continuing Healthcare Nurse Assessor - Fully remote

We are currently recruiting for a RNLD Continuing Healthcare Nurse Assessor for one of our clients based in the South East of the UK.

As the RNLD you'll be initially working through a backlog of LD reviews and once these have been completed there may be some case management involved.

Essential experience:

• 3 + years working within CHC
• Must be a Registered Learning Disability Nurse
• Experience completing CHC reviews and DSTs
• Case management experience
