Pay Grade: 13.26
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday (Full-time)

Bridgend County Borough Council is currently seeking a dedicated and reliable Roadworker 3 to support increased gully maintenance works funded to help prevent flooding on the public highway. This is a great opportunity to contribute to essential maintenance services in the community.

• Operate gully maintenance equipment to clean and maintain drainage systems
  
  
• Assist with routine highways maintenance
  
  
• Ensure safe work practices in compliance with health and safety standards
  
  
• Drive LGV vehicles as part of daily duties

• Clean LGV Driving Licence (Essential)
  
  
• Ability to carry out physical outdoor work in all weather conditions
  
  
• Willingness to undergo HAVS (Hand Arm Vibration Syndrome) health surveillance
  
  
• Experience in highways or similar maintenance roles is desirable
  

• Work as part of a supportive and experienced team
  
  
• Play a direct role in improving public safety and infrastructure
  
  
• Contribute to essential, high-impact projects in your local area
