Job Description - Roll Forming Setter

Roll Forming Setter Afternoon Shift – £13.00–£14.00/hr DOE – Temp to Perm
Location: Kingswinford
Hours: Monday to Friday, 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Sector: Steel Manufacturing

Are you an experienced Roll Forming Setter looking for your next opportunity in a growing manufacturing business? We're hiring on behalf of a reputable steel manufacturer known for quality, innovation and long term career opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Set up and operate roll forming machines
Perform changeovers and adjustments as required
Conduct quality checks and troubleshoot production issues
Work closely with team leaders and maintenance when necessary
Follow all health and safety protocols on site

Requirements:

Proven experience as a roll forming setter or in a similar role
Good mechanical aptitude and problem solving skills
Ability to read technical drawings or specifications
Commitment to safety and quality standards
Willingness to work set 2PM–10PM afternoon shift
