We are currently seeking a reliable and safety-conscious AD HOC HGV Class 2 RoRo Driver to join our team at a busy refuse and recycling site. This is a great opportunity to contribute to essential public services while gaining valuable experience in the waste management industry.

• Operate a Roll-on/Roll-off (RoRo) HGV vehicle to collect and transport waste containers safely and efficiently.

• Perform daily vehicle safety checks and report any defects or issues promptly.

• Load and unload skips or containers using the RoRo system, ensuring safe securing of loads.

• Follow scheduled routes and instructions from the transport team.

• Maintain accurate paperwork for collections and deliveries.

• Adhere to health, safety, and environmental standards at all times.

• Full UK HGV Class 2 (Category C) Licence.

• Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph Card.

• Proven experience operating RoRo or skip vehicles.

• A strong understanding of driver hours and transport regulations.

• Flexible, dependable, and committed to safe working practices.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
