Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and mechanically inclined individual to join our manufacturing team in Redditch as a Rolling Mill Setter / Operator. This is a full-time, on-site position within a busy factory environment, offering comprehensive training for a long-term career.

Day-to-Day Duties:

• Setting and operating various machinery, primarily focusing on the rolling mill.
• Utilising sheeting and slitting (shearing) machines.
• Loading furnaces.
• Requires a high attention to detail and a steady, calm demeanor.
• Full training will be given.

• High mechanical understanding (will be tested in interview).
• Background in the metal industry.
• Strip / coiled metal experience.
• Previous rolling mill experience.
• Previous slitting (shearing) experience.
• Forklift Truck trained.
