We are seeking a dedicated Rough Sleeper Navigator for an immediate start in an ongoing temporary role with a local authority in SE London. This position plays a crucial role in supporting and guiding rough sleepers towards appropriate services and accommodation.

• Engage with rough sleepers to assess their immediate needs and provide tailored support.
• Navigate and connect individuals to relevant services, including healthcare, social services, and housing.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and services provided to individuals.
• Work collaboratively with local charities, shelters, and other organisations to maximise support for rough sleepers.
• Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure that individuals are receiving the necessary support and to adjust plans as needed.

• Experience in a similar role or in working with vulnerable populations.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of local services and resources for homeless individuals.
• Must pass a clear DBS check.
