Rough Sleeping Coordinator needed in North London Paying £24.03 per hr ref 012934

Full time hours on a temporary basis

• We are seeking a dedicated Rough Sleeping Coordinator to lead efforts in tackling homelessness and supporting vulnerable individuals. You will coordinate interventions, liaise with agencies, and drive strategic initiatives to reduce rough sleeping in the community.

  Key Responsibilities

  Develop and implement support plans for individuals experiencing homelessness
  Work closely with partner agencies, local authorities, and outreach teams
  Monitor and evaluate homelessness prevention programs
  Provide advocacy and guidance to ensure access to vital services
  You may need to either visit a rough sleeping site with your team or coordinate an outreach visit outside of core working hours to ensure appropriate support is provided

  About You

  Experience in homelessness prevention, social work, or community engagement
  Strong communication and partnership-building skills
  Ability to assess needs and create effective support strategies
  Passionate about making a tangible impact in the community
