Job Description - Royal Mail Delivery Driver

About the role:

Safely transport and deliver mail to residential and commercial addresses on a designated route.
Sort mail for your route and ensure timely deliveries in accordance with Royal Mail procedures.
Use handheld devices to track and confirm deliveries and collections.
Ensure all parcels and letters are delivered in good condition and handle any delivery issues in line with company policies.
Follow all road safety and traffic laws, as well as Royal Mail guidelines and standards.

Requirements:

Full UK manual driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points.
Ability to pass a background DBS check and DVLA licence check.

Desirable Skills:

Previous experience in delivery or driving roles.
Familiarity with local routes and streets.

Location: Brinklow
Shifts: Monday-Sunday 1:00pm till 8:00pm (Work 6 days out of 7)
Hourly Rate: £13.37 ph
