?? Royalties Data Administrator – 9-12 Month FTC

Salary: £31,000 – £33,000 pro rata

Contract: 9-month Fixed Term Contract, with potential extension to 12 months

We’re working with a leading publishing client to recruit a Royalties Data Administrator to support their royalties team during an exciting period of change and transformation.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a collaborative and established royalties function at a time when a major new system is being implemented. You’ll play a vital role in ensuring that contractual and financial information is accurately entered and maintained, helping to support smooth and timely royalty payments.

? Key Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret author contracts to extract royalty data, including advances
• Accurately input contractual and sensitive details (banking, VAT, tax info) into internal systems
• Review and action monthly royalty exception reports
• Liaise with authors, agents, and internal teams including Finance, Contracts, and Editorial
• Contribute to the successful implementation of a new royalty system and related process improvements

? What We’re Looking For:

• Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Professional and confident phone manner when dealing with external contacts
• Good time management and ability to work to deadlines
• Numerate with solid Excel skills
• Royalties or publishing experience
• Familiarity with KEA or Biblio systems

This is an excellent opportunity to build experience in royalties within a well-known publishing environment, while contributing to a significant system upgrade project.
