Role Summary:
As a Runners/CSA, you will play a crucial role in supporting our accommodation team during this bustling period. Your hands-on support will help prepare rooms and facilities to the highest standards, ensuring a smooth experience for both summer guests and returning students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with summer preparations, including move-in and move-out processes.
• Deliver supplies such as cleaning products, bedding packs, and maintenance tools throughout the building.
• Support housekeeping teams by removing waste, replacing bin bags, and transporting laundry or stock between floors.
• Help with room setups, including arranging furniture, stocking kitchens, and making beds as needed.
• Report maintenance issues or anything out of place to maintain a safe and clean environment.
• Assist on move-in day with tasks like lifting boxes, answering resident questions, and providing directions.
• Be a welcoming face for new residents and their families, showcasing your positive attitude and people skills.
• Collaborate with the front-of-house team to ensure a smooth check-in experience.
• Complete administrative tasks, including logging maintenance requests and preparing notices.
